During these challenging times the safety of our team and our customers are our main priority and we are taking measures accordingly. To better accommodate these needs we have adapted our working times and offer home office where possible, but we will continue shipping as normal. We hope the situation will improve soon. SHIPPING

Our GRUZZE leather goods are shipped safely and quickly by our shipping partner. Each order is normally processed on the same day and sent after receipt of payment. Our products are shipped exclusively via Post Indonesia or Express Mail Service (EMS).

The Delivery to Worldwide is FREE OF CHARGE. The goods will be shipped from Indonesia, where our workshop is located. We put the tracking number, and well packaging for shipment. Customer can leave it without worry. Our shipping is available Monday to Friday (weekdays), and weekends are not available because the post office is closed. Once the goods are ready to be dispatched, the delivery time depends on the country and on below is estimated time for shipping from port to port, as follows:

INTERNATIONAL DUTIES AND TAXES

G R U Z Z E is not responsible for customs duties and taxes imposed on packages. The recipient is responsible for paying additional customs clearance fees. Custom policies can vary. Contact your local customs for more information.

COMPLAINTS

At GRUZZE, we attach great importance to the quality and durability of our leather goods. Nevertheless, if you have a complaint regarding one of our products, you can reach us via email or live chat. Via email: contact@gruzze.com with a short description of your complaint. We will reply to you within 24 hours and provide a fast and straightforward solution to your problem. Via live chat: you can reach us Mon-Fri from 8am to 5pm (MYT).

RIGHT OF CANCELLATION

You have the right to cancel the contract concluded with us within 14 days without providing any reason, and to return the goods to us. The cancellation period is 14 days from the day of receipt of the goods. To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us (GRUZZE, email: contact@gruzze.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (for example by letter or email). In order to do so you can use the sample withdrawal form downloadable here, however this is not mandatory. You must pay the costs of the initial shipment and the cost for the return of the goods (in accordance with the consumer guidelines). Please therefore only send us packages with sufficient postage paid. After receipt of the returned goods, we will refund the purchase price to you straight away after deducting the initial shipping cost to your country/ region. For the return, please use the same box in which your leather goods were delivered, as well as all the shipping bag which protects the box. Additionally, in case you want to cancel your pre-order (specifically for leather golf bags) your pre-payment will not be refundable due to the production process has been started with our luxurious leathers.
